For Everything

For Everything

A Poem by Ruminating Archaeologist
"

we were reading Wordsworth and Keats in English the other day, so I was inspired.

"

Sound out these words

playing games of hide and seek

between the stanzas.

Running all in circles,

William Wordsworth lets me in

behind the doorways in my mind.

Seek to find, to find…

Not sure what I’m looking for yet,

but I’m sure I can see the sun;

I can almost see a second, pale above

my head as I look up.
