in the distance i see.

in the distance i see.

A Poem by corbin

IN THE DISTANCE I SEE.

My bright eyes

got foggy..

my throat bowed up

just like something was stuck there.

my face whiter than paper

....

i couldnt see the end

i couldnt see the glory

this was all i wanted

& i know i almost lost it

then i grasped it and new i would

never let go

Never ever let go of what you have. But try to get new things as well.

This arose many questions, but I tried to answer them for myself. To me in this poem it seems ad if you had something that was dear to you. Whether it be a person, dream, or item, something happened and harmed it or disfigured it. You didn't really hold much love or concern for it, but after this you decided to, even though you have no idea what the future holds. Or wait! Maybe you were saying that you saw great things and goals you could achieve, or might want to. Once you saw this option you had you heart set! I think this tells us to be more considerate and knowledgeable, or grateful. I love how this challenges the mind! I had to read it more than twice to get this out of it, but I'm not sure at all that that's what you were trying to say. Sorry if I am totally wrong though, I most likely will be! hehh... It's nice making people think, especially since most people don't. =)
