A Poem by Thomas B. Buckman

All I have is writers block
its killing me inside
its like all the words,
went away
and drowned the spark
it died.

like a car without a battery
i sit here all still
all the gasoline in the world
wont start those rubber wheels

so give me all the energy
you can spare tonight
its going to be
one rough ride
without my writers plight.
