Bomber

Bomber

A Poem by Thomas B. Buckman

Only while the world turns
will women run to womanizers
only while the world turns
will lack of confidence
slay men's hope for love
only while the world turns
will we kill for our birthright
to topple races

lets kill those who get in our way
all or nothing concept
nobody will get away
over time this will be easy
faces in poverty,
none to be seen

focus on the frustration that binds you
it leads to hatred
of those who can't work
you pay their bills
they get their thrills
dont even have to learn to walk

when the grey turns black
and there is no white
will good and bad
really need to fight
when your right is wrong
and the wrong is right
do you realize
its not your fight?

No more right for you
nor more fight in you
when you get to the end
your back, they will bend
its your soul that gets the blemish
your lack of trust darkens the heart.

Lack of compassion is unacceptable.

Very nice statement. It ties well into the policies which are big in the news right now. There are many things which will help people who refuse to walk on their own. Compassion is a huge issue right now, when there are so many people who really need so much help.

nice work. I liked the flow of this piece. It is not as random as some, but I am still quite envious of your ability to use this style to such a wonderful extent.
