walkin with an angel

To walk with an angel there isn't any flashy wing 

Get up or nothing although you can catch 

A few glimmers of something magical  in her eyes

Every now and then when she seems to be searching for a way 

A few words can pierce through my armor and make it inside where my heart

Can wrap around them, been walkin' so long with armor 

Musta forgot it can come off, just feels so safe with her by my side  

Lighter now 

Free from worry   

I walk savoring what time my angel has left to walk with me    

WE WALK  takin' in life together
