The Ironic Tragedy

The Ironic Tragedy

A Poem by Brandy Alexander

The bust of Caesar falls

And the alabaster breaks

There lie the words I never should to write

These are the pieces of my beautiful hate

This is the ironic tragedy

So funny, one can’t help but laugh

As the lies you’ve fattened in me

They all come true at last

Great write.
Very educative indeed.
Could you check the use of 'to' after 'should'?
I think "should write" would be enough.
Thanks for sharing a lovely feeling.

This is good work though in line 3 it seems a bit off ...

maybe if you go back and read into it or change it a bit to keep the poem flowing...maybe...
