The Right Thing To Do is not always happy

The Right Thing To Do is not always happy

A Poem by Shounen Mason

A mistake is born in the falling dawn,

The carnation flower being crushed to the ground;

Never be seen nor heard again.

A boy filled with hope pursuing his love,

The reality of truth being revealed before him;

Never had thought will he ever see it.

Disappointment, despair and a lot to think,

A mind filled with sorrow, and acts in a blink;

For when the chances are zero he went like a fool,

A confession is made, heart breaks into two.

Tears like the stream, flowing like the river,

Unable to sleep while haunted with terror;

Unintelligent words are said, and filled with regrets,

Nothing he gains, but guilt and hatred.

The love he seeks is but an illusion,

But because of it he gain motivation;

The experience is pain but he also gain,

A new mind is born, replacing the dead.

While facing the truth carrying the feelings,

The new mind is burdened with the unknown feeling;

Mending the bond of the young-lings while hurting him deeply,

The punishment is made while he smiles through the mirror.

The feelings is fading while time carries on,

The smile seems brighter with the pieces back together;

Though the boy still sings to the rain,

The scars still remained and sting him further.

And so the story goes as the boy seeks his future,

The mask is drop and the reaper claims its death;

All I can scream, is “I’m an idiot…….”

…..Being not confidence about yourself may not seem right…..

So I’ll prove it that I’m a genius……

Fate will guide me to my rightful target……

And the next time you’ll have me, it’ll be game over.
