The car drives past a park with an empty swing set, CAL closes his eyes. flashback to park daytime- 6 months earlier MEGAN and CAL are sitting on two different swings neither one of them are moving they are just looking at each other, deeply in love. CAL starts to smile. MEGAN What are you smiling at? CAL Just you. MEGAN Shut up what is it? CAL jumps off his swing and walks away from the wood chip area, and onto some grass. He turns around and looks back at MEGAN. CAL Remember our first date, you said it wouldn't work because I'm too goofy for you, and you needed someone more serious? MEGAN nods and gets off her swing and starts to walk over to CAL. MEGAN Yeah I remember. CAL How bout the time when we made me and you actually official and you told me it wouldn't work because, we're too different? MEGAN starts to look a little bit nervous and grabs a hold of CAL'S hand almost for protection, bracing herself for bad news. MEGAN I do, what's this all about. CAL stops walking and lets go of MEGAN'S hand and looks her in the eyes. CAL I was just wondering, what your excuse for never getting married would be. CAL pulls a ring out of his pocket and drops to one knee. Leaving MEGAN standing crying and nodding. © 2011 BrandonAuthor's Note
