13th Place

13th Place

A Poem by Arthur N Known

A kiss on the cheek,

A slap in the face,

A man claims he's weak.

A fool quits the race.

Reelection held.

Resurrection spelled.

This man, sent from God,

This room, sat in awe.

This verse, seems so odd,

"This man," says God's law.

Disciple descended.

The Bible extended.

The wheat has been burnt;

The chaff found His grace.

The story is learnt,

The last in first place.

You're so kinky. Did you help with Fifty Shades of Grey?

I really like this poem. This flows very smoothly, and has rhyme which I always love in a poem. Overall very well written.
