need/want

need/want

A Poem by Bruce

after the storm
the sunshine
in my eyes
was too much

the dampness
remained
on my jacket

I felt it odd indeed
to suffer such
consequence
for no prior
insolence

but the gods were determined
to take my harvest

thank you mal and emily burns for the review. I imagined myself as a farmer in juxtaposition to what I truly am.
