Mushroom

Mushroom

A Poem by Bruce

I say i saw

a peach with a

strange mouth

that shook

dribbled with juices

in a strange manner

as it all trickled right

they pondered

control

on the cracked streets

gray

cold

control

the peaches were in control

sublime!

thievery lingered in Jane's mind when she saw the masked men jump in some strangely colored rusted panel van. "it looked like the vehicle of a deviant."

excuse me

i said please biting into the peach pit.

blood

effusion

tongue

lapping around lips of some exotic looking creature

like a cat. fangs beware of the paw

sure. We were all aware of the scratching and itching at the gates of heaven. "they were all disillusioned by God, the devil, getting married in California."

And I swear I saw Him in the desert crowning a million asses with veiled pleasure.

illustrious dawn filtered through clouds in strange array precipitation

altering the clothing pattern of the unlucky recipients of its wake.

turmoil umbrellas in the

salad bowl.
