Moment

Moment

A Poem by Khaotic Katastrophe

Kiss my trembling lips

As you hold me close

Never felt so alive

In all of my life.

The thought of losing you now

Is far too much to handle.

To be with you right this moment

Has my life spinning in unusual ways.

My love has finally come to me

Waiting all my life for something near impossible.

At this moment, I believe anything could happen.

Don’t say a word..

For the silence is enough

One more kiss until you have to go

I want to stay in this moment forever.

Look in my eyes as you turn to leave

Words that you say never leave my memory

Ich liebe dich.

What did you say??

I love you.

Then you walk away.

Khaotic, Your flow in the way you write is really nice, it allows you to write such great poems such as this one. "Moment" is a poem that, in my opinion, won't let you go once you are immersed in your words. I hope you come and read one/some of mine. take care...riki

This is a great poem!
It's quite true; how silence can mean so much..and sometimes words just ruin that electric connection.
And I also love the German. :DD
Good job!

Awe this was so cute.
I love the lines
"Ich liebe dich.

What did you say??

I love you.

Then you walk away."

I love the German translation in this. Thanks for sharing. :)
