Liar

Liar

A Poem by -!katie!-
"

anybody who knows me can probably figure this one out.

"

His decieving eyes once loving.

They are now etched with false promises.

The memory of his lips against mine, leaves a sick taste in my mouth.

Love turnes to hatred.

he he been there done that - still better hate than boredom

i would have had a new line after mine - but that is just me - forcing poems into constraints is always fun and makes one move form the comfort zone - had to write a ten line poem for a contest - ended up with 11 lines after first draft - took me all afternoon to make it fit!!
