Storm in my Heart

Storm in my Heart

A Poem by BeautifulDisaster

If rain drops were tear drops storms would emerge
Lightening would strike, thunder would rumble
You can't control the never ending urge
To making my heart break as I crumble

Shattered hearts, pain running through my frail veins
Seeing the face that made me weak inside
Makes it hard to pick up my own remains
By leaving me you buried me alive

Moving on to someone who cares for me
Was the best decision I ever made
You walking out of my life set me free
Just imagine if you were to have stayed

The sun is now shining through all the black
The happiness I once felt is now back

There is life after heartache. And it's usually much better!
