Nothing can bring me down today

My life is complicated right now

Something's telling me go right
And I go left and out of sight
I don't know where I'm going
But something's happening without me knowing
Just take my hand and lead me to a place I've never been
I just wanna know what's happening

Tell me everything is gonna be ok
I'm lost, I'm confused, and I don't know my way
I can't find a way out of this darkness
I'm trapped and starting to feel hopeless
