In love with a black man

Black, white, purple, green.
We are all the same and all have a dream.
we all feel anger, happiness, and sadness.
So why do we go through this madness.

It doesn't matter what your skin color might be.
All that matters is I love him and he loves me.
If you don't like it then leave now.
But if you love me you will accept it somehow.

I am happy with this black man.
I am the happiest I have ever been.
He loves, cares, and respects me.
He is always there in times of need.

Just accept it that I am wearing the ring.
Just think if the things we could bring.
I love him and he loves me.
If you cared you would be happy for me.

I really love the message behind this piece.

People like to think that we live in a changed world where racism no longer exists, but there's still quite a selection of ignorant individuals who won't accept others of different colored flesh; its sad, but true.
