I am studying your back…ss…19.2.2012

I am studying

your back

so I can know

your front

more.

what you hide

behind those eyes

and lies

to yourself

as you are lying now

stretched and relaxed.

you twitch and jerk

unknowingly

with pain and fear

that’s hidden

beneath the layers

of front

and skin

and consciousness.

but the unconscious knows

what the eye doesn’t

and remembers

in the cells

themselves.

you lie

peacefully

in torment.

Simplistic in style. Subtle of thought. Sensuous in a matter-of-fact way. A revealing and honest write and an enjoyable read.
