It was me

It was me

A Story by Bright Eyes

The subject came up again.
How aggressive were they?  How did the boys treat you?
Did you see someone get harassed?
-Yes.
How old was she?
-Twelve.
That is very young, is it not?
-it is indeed.
Do you remember what happened? What did they do to her?
-THings that were... not very pleasant
Did they force her on them?  Or did they force themselves on her?
-They forced themselves on this girl.
That must have been hard for you to watch
-Yes, it was a bit hard to watch
Is it one of the movies that plays in your head?
-Yes, it is indeed.
That poor girl
-Yes.
It must have been hard for you to watch.
         Intense stare.
-I did not really watch it.
-I lied.
-It was not some other girl.
It was you.
-Indeed it was.d

WOW!!

This was intence and something that happenes every day.. I loved the imagery. For one just has to see your words to feel the pain of the girl as she speaks.. You really knocked this one out, great job!
