Don't Let Go

Don't Let Go

A Poem by Bright Eyes

Don’t let go, hold me tight
Grasp on to me
With all your might

Take me into you
Cradle me in your arms
Hold me just to get me through

Hold me tight
I won’t look back; I’ll try so hard
With all my might

To block them out
get rid of them
To scream and shout

Outstretch your arms
To lonesome me
Get me out of the way of harms
And set me free.

Most of you aren't going to like this. http://committeesofcorrespondence.wordpress.com/ I love Shakespeare, especially his sonnets. My favorite is Sonnet 18: Shall I compare thee to a summer.. more..
