A Poem by Joe

Try to use your imagination
And visualize all the nations...at peace
Such a dream is far out of reach
So stick with things your teachers teach

Because we all know
That the green grass will grow
Only to be cut back down
While stars crash all around

I find that the brightest colors
Are those of a rainbow
I know that the wind does blow
Rain on my window

So I wait for the day
When you come running to me
And you realize that I was here all along
And you realize I can right your wrongs

These words jump around
Like musical notes giving off such radiant sounds
I know the world is the place to be
And I know you're the one for me
One for me

I find that the brightest colors
Are those of a rainbow
I know that the wind does blow
Rain on my window
