Interrogation

Interrogation

A Poem by Joe
"

What would you do if I told you I loved you?

"
A natural beauty
Like a budding flower
Blooming into the thoughts of my mind
Persuading me to leave my troubles behind

I care so much that I can't help but show
That I would follow you wherever you go
Do you think things would work out
If we went out on a date, would you scream and shout
Would you pray for time to speed
So you would not have to waste time with me
Would you make it the night of my life
Would you make me laugh and make me smile
Would you be undecided and try to find a common ground
Would you say maybe and leave without a sound

I ask too many questions this I know
But I want you by my side as I stare out my rainy window
Feelings so sure can not possibly fail
Neither do my words, the heart will always prevail...
