Every person has many Faces but there is one face that does not change for anyone and that is the face of Love...... according to me love will give you happiness.
What is the face that we want people to see the most. What ever face that it is can only be one. I like this poem for it's simplicity but I feel as though something is missing in that last stanza. It could also just be me wanting to see more of your writing which I will now do. Good work.

With poetry, I feel that way often because poetry is simply our subconscious imperfections, making the attempt to claw their way to the surface, but never quite reaching the light. The reason I began writing poetry isn't because I could, but rather, because I felt as though the only way to face my imperfections, was head-on, to allow them to reach the surface, to see the light, and then cast them back into the shadows where they would remain for as long as I wished it. I keep my imperfections around in order to remember that I am human, that we are all human, and humans are imperfect. On the outside, behind our many faces, we may seem flawless... but beneath the many, many masks we bear, we are broken. But all things that have once been shattered may yet be pieced back together, not on our own, but with other crushed souls who have shared the same pain. That, I suppose, is the missing piece of a poem. Its representation. What it stands for. And who it is directed to.
I am a twenty-three year old writer & poet. My passion for writing comes from all over. I love to write, and I love to inspire others. Hopefully when I'm gone one day, I'll leave behind all my writin.. more..
