Wounds so sore

Wounds so sore

A Poem by Indescribed

Cause baby you're pulling on my heart strings,

You make my heart beat.

The way I feel, it stings,

I'm down, I can't seem to find my feet.

Down on the ground, stuck there for eternity,

Just let me save you the last dance.

We'll all just dance in unity,

Please, just give me one more chance.

My life is corrupted by you,

I feel your presence, your strength, your breath upon my skin.

But to tango you need two,

Oh honey, I've only just begun to sin.

I'm scared of losing myself,

I feel like all the other girls are a threat.

I'm just another dusty book on your shelf,

And I feel as I am only a bet.

I'll make you my only reason,

I live with pain everyday.

To what the changing of the season,

But I think, in the end I'll just run away.
