duality in insomnia.

If I had the words

 

If I had the words I would type them here,

but since I don't...

I will let the Universe bleed the darkness

of this night in the short choppy motions

~the wake of my sleepless void

this limbo dragging me under.

 

If i had the words you would see them here

and feel their waves rush this swollen hush

that has rolled over me~becalmed.

 

If I had words ... 

since I do not

I will try again in vain...to go to sleep instead...

That's cool. I had insomnia at one point and just wrote a trochaic pentameter sonnet in nearly perfect double rhymes and meters without even thinking about it. Insomnia can be murder, but it depends upon how you deal with it.
