Superstitions

Superstitions

A Poem by breyabee
"

The many superstitions.

"
The many superstitions
of life
everyone knows them
but not their origin
Don't step on a crack
or you'll break your mother's
back
Don't cross a black
cat's path
or you'll have bad
luck
Don't break a mirror
or you'll get seven
years bad luck
Don't forget to
eat an apple to
keep the doctor away
Find a four leaf
clover for very good
luck
Find an eyelash
and blow it or throw
it over your back for
good luck
Turn a horseshoe upwards
over a door for luck and
so it won't run out
Don't walk under a
ladder
or you'll have bad
luck
Cross your heart and
hope to die
if you lie
The many superstitions
of life
everyone knows them
but not their origin
