i'm guilty myself of wrapping that collar around my neck.

aloofness armor  is ready and prepared to be worn accessorized with a

toiling in the fields of mundanity
inanely, fixing the
collar that strangles us.

Thank you for voices these chains that bind us all, Latifa. We race and run to beat deadlines, and simply forget to live. May we learn to live in this moment... just to be. Otherwise we'll come to the end of our lives and wonder where the time went. So powerful!

Hi Latifia,

A very interesting poem. Sometime we just get strangled by the very collar we place around our necks. This is very perceptive.

Best regards,

Rick
