Hibernating souls

Hibernating souls

A Poem by Latifa
"

it seems that each day new catastrophes are happening to our humanity and our attention to it is rarely raised

"

dragged down by our vices
the eyes became nothing less than frozen preservers
iced by the constant blood
a scanner that analyse and clean
automatons are in the making

souls? what souls
our souls have croaked
by the cancer of ignorance
often it's revived by benevolent acts
but soon it croaks again
oh poor stuporous souls
automatons are in the making

you may ask about the heart
well with a smirk on the face
I tell you
that hibernation colonized it as well
it's only a synchronic pulses now
automatons are in the making

unparalleled, self is the center
we go solo now
oh but wait
we have one more thing to do
burry our humanity
stamp on its rubbles
and open the chasm of doom

The poem reads well, but the concept doesn't sit well mostly due to your attention to the truth. This made me cringe because of its honesty. Well done.

you're welcome
I hear your foreboding concern echoing echoing echoing in a chamber of one of the automatons. You scared me with your premonition.

The above words seem to be the goal of this world? I like the honest and directness of the poem. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

The poetry used in this poignant piece is stunningly good. Imagery speaks more than mere words and this verse has plenty to think on long after the read.

They will not do that as they know how to hide their guilt feeling by making false gestures.

thank you so much for the review
the gloom and doom does not go away because we hate it. it does not vanish by ignoring it. that is why those who truly despise it must continue to write of it.

you've done a good job of it in this piece, thanx for writing it.
