floating aimlessly

floating aimlessly

A Poem by Latifa
"

needing urge to feel alive once again and embrace it's beauty

"

Floating aimlessly.....

I need a sign

Like the walking dead

I'm hypnotized to fulfill the daily charts

Perplexing and shackling!

Confusion has closed my third eye

And the flask of reasons has dried up

With no drops of elixir peace

My soul is thirsty

So I’m loading for the kairos

And begging to hear a saving susurrus

Author's Note

Latifa
kairos means the perfect moment when everything falls into place.
susurrus is a low soft sound, sort of whispering.

We step into time floating aimlessly trying to find an identity, a country , a true love , a secure future and so forth. Choices haunt us every waking moment for it will affect on all these things. Some wait for the perfect timing of things( Kairos) where all will fall into place. Some just take the leap of faith and jump head on...A powerful write...:)............

My pleasure...Any time...:)...................
One step at a time my friend. Sometimes life gets a bit to hectic, but soothing whispers will be heard and felt in time. Very nicely penned. I feel this was all too often.
