Deny

Deny

A Poem by Latifa
"

deny is wrongful deceptive feeling that leads you to illusion

"
Hazy eyes blinded
By deceptive flickering lies
Guiding them to a maze
Of suffering times
To clarify is to stop denial
To listen with the flair of disbelief
Can lead you to the pit
Of lonely retreats

Ouch. This one hit me right in my gut...

(no smart remarks about the size of the target, please)

I felt the emotion in this.
Very well done, my friend...
