The Secrets of the Trees

The Secrets of the Trees

A Poem by Brianna Woodward

Whispers pass between the trees,

secrets only nature sees.

And maybe all our questions,

can be answered by the leaves,

the grass, the petals, the fronds in the breeze.

Maybe all the answers we need,

are hidden in the lives of trees.

I love this poem, it's very gentle and sweetly suggesting, pointing out something crucial we're missing out on. Brilliant.
