CasketA Poem by Kaden L.Danielle loves Mister Chris, kinda.Dear Mister Chris, I sure hope you listen to this I’ve been a huge fan of your music It helps me when I lose it Especially when I want to shoot it And blow it out bit by bit When my days go blue I always remember to listen to you And it betters my mood by a few So I hope you this letter Because it would make my day better If not, then oh well I guess I’ll go down to hell Yours truly, Danielle Hey, why haven’t you responded? I thought we had bonded You know, this is what you and I wanted At least me, but I know it’s the same for you There are some things I don’t wanna pursue But if you don’t respond, then it’s my cue To dip into a black void That’ll make my neighbors more than annoyed To hear a loud noise coming from that one house That they’ll never hear from again, not even a little mouse So please answer, it’ll make my day Or else I’ll go away Sincerely, Danielle I’m not gonna send anymore letters You haven’t made my day better You made it worse I have this curse That only a hearse Can cure I’m sure Anyway, I’m done with place I’m going away now; you’ve fallen from grace Bye-bye, I hope whenever you pass You get buried in dry grass So you burn and I meet your spirit But you can’t bear it So you cave in and me have it Then I rest in your casket That’s what you get, Danielle © 2021 Kaden L. |
