The smile

The smile

A Poem by Breanna Riddle

The smile you wear
Is full of despair

The smile you keep
Cuts my heart deep

The smile you need
Is your hearts only plea

The smile you hide
It's crying inside

The smile that's real
It only lacks love feel

The smile i like
You stabbed with a knife

Reminds me of a very old cartoon that you can look up on Youtube. "Bambi meets Godzilla". I love the smile and it makes life good, but there seems to be some anger and pain in your smile. Fun piece.
