Foot flatA Poem by breakthebrokenoneThis poem has been inspired by my love... The drives and adventures we go on and how our relationship has been five years in the making...
You pick me up and drive
Foot flat Speeding through a jungle of street lights And pavements I look over at you A smile spreading across your face It's crazy how we jumped and our hearts raced Foot flat. I feel for you so fast As if my foot were on the accelerator Shifting through the gears on open road And we're driving Foot flat Through the country roads of life Leaving black impressions on the Tarmac Foot flat. © 2017 breakthebrokenone |
