1920 LoveA Poem by breakthebrokenoneDeep down I am a child of the 1920's.. with my love of red lipstick and fashion couture. This piece reflects love from that error that my grandmother helped me etch into my mind
Red lipstick, black high heels
Reminds me of Paris. Lipstick stains on a coffee cup Etched from a time of class and romance. A time where if something was broken, you fixed it not throw it away A time of classics, of poise.. of 1920 Love. Classic red roses in a vase from an anonymous lover who signs the card with a simple yet elegant X The 1920 Love will never be the same.
