Take another drag and turn me to ashes
I am the thing that calms your nerves. As malignant as cancer but you can't give me up. Burn me like the weed in your spliff I calm you and put you on a journey, take you to another level I soothe you and put you to ease You can't stop using me, even if you tried. I am the alcohol that burns your throat You drink me straight to try and forget But all I do is remind you of what you lost. I send you into a state of depression and emptiness. I am your biggest addiction things that you wish you could stop but without me, you would die tragic
