This is true. It's not a bad idea to cry especially if it can truly released the pain you've been holding on. :)

These are honest and wise words. A cry can be cleansing but it will never fill a void. It can spark inspiration but it alone will take you nowhere. Don't be fooled by the temporary relief it offers.
