Challenge for a blindfold tent: In this activity, a group of people is assigned to assemble a tent within a designated time. The catch however is that, the work has to be done being blindfolded. This activity is much fun and it also helps in the building of trust among the people in the group and enhances the quality of leadership. 


The Night Trail: This activity is a great way to improve the skills of leadership, and to develop trust and support among your workers. For this activity, a group of people are needed to follow a rope trailing through a certain track on which they have to avoid and overcome the obstacles that have been placed. 

All Aboard: Now in this game, the wall shrinks. This game requires its players to enter into a pre-defined area, and as soon as everybody stands in that place, the walls (mostly defined through the use of rope) begin to decrease in its area. 


Shift the Tennis Balls: In this game a player shifts ball one by one from one bucket to another. The rule is that you cannot use either of your hands. 

The Trust Circle: Now this game needs the fullest of trust in a soul because in this game, a player stands in the middle of a circle formed by his teammates and falls back with a trust that his colleagues would not let him fall. 


Bounce the Ping Pongs and Catch: Get ready to catch a ping pong ball in a cup. The rule states that the ball must bounce once in your cup before you catch it. This game is group-based and all the team members are needed to catch the ball at least once to complete it. 


There are many other small team building activities apart from these aforementioned games which are equally fun and useful. Use these activities to create a friendly and trusting environment in your office and boost the confidence and mental strength of your employees. It is always nice to have something nice.
