Goodbye Grandmother

Goodbye Grandmother

A Poem by branbohann27 "Bohann"
"

A poem I thought was my best work. This poem is a poem I wrote in a British Lit-Honors curriculum course in high school. It is a Petrarch poem. My grandmother died around this time in 2012-13.

"

Goodbye Grandmother

You had to leave so rapidly,

It made me extremely sad,

I think about you writing on this pad"

But knowing you're okay is happily;

The night I blew you a kiss,

I never thought that it would be my last,

I never knew that you would be the past,

You're a valuable part of me that I will truly miss.

The messages you sent me are accurate"

On your neck it says protegas me Brandon et Christi et Famila,

On your neck it says protegas me Deus similar to Ophelia,

Your always with my life that will be immaculate.

So goodbye great woman of omega.

Your will always be in my memories of the late;

Among my paraphernalia contained in mi bodega.

Bohann
