A Boy from God

A Boy from God

A Poem by B.S. Hartman
"

Just a look at the last chance we had to do right by us and God

"

It Was A Night Full Of Stars,

Bringing Love And Hope To A Lost World,

As A Little Boy Came From Afar.

With A Hush In The Air,

He Came To Be,

With Words From His Father, He Brought To Share.

Hope Was Felt Throughout The Land,

As The Boy Grew Giving And Grand,

Spreading The Love His Words Had For Us To Find.

With A Faith From High Above,

We Were Filled With Such A Love,

Like That Young Man Who Gave Us A Chance,

Then With Just A Glance,

He Was Gone.

It Was A Night Full Of Dreams,

In Hopes Of Easing Our Children’s Lives,

With Options Of Peace And Love,

He Came, Showing Us A Way,

And What A Price, We Made Him Pay.

Now Is The Time, To Show We Are One,

A People Sharing His Belief In Love,

Like The One Sent Down With A Boy From Above,

In Hopes That Our Children Will Be Able To Be Free,

Without The Price, A Boy From God Had To Pay.

It Is Our Choice To Make It Work,

To ME, We Have Failed,

With Hope And Fear In My Heart,

I Can Only Hope, The Next Time A Boy Comes From Above,

We Might Actually Open All Of Our Hearts,

And This Time Listen, To The Boy From God.

The next time, it will be our Saviour himself. And no listening or opening of hearts will be allowed.
Revelation 1:7 - Behold , he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

This is a very religious poem, and quite true your words.
You mentioned a next time, well, in my belief, I don't think
there will be one. Just my opinion. You've touched on some
very strong words...thanks for sharing...AD
