A Poem by Screaming Soul

Imprints

Weight from her presence in the clay

Left a curious trace.

Found by the wanderers

Lost in a lonely place.

Looking at and touching this

Uniquely shaped remain

Where life once flourished

And her love strongly reigned.

The combination of molecules

Once reacting to each other

Now appear dormant and still.

What did they uncover?

Striving for her worth, only known

By her Lord’s eyes and heart

They understood her soul in strife

Never could the two part.

Touching the soft yet corporeal form,

And catching the velvety ooze

The lost ones strangely altered

By the touch of her beautiful truths.

Finding her loving mark

 And understanding of her search

They gently replace her impression

Upon the warm and welcoming earth.

Her embossment- a gift to the travelers.

Her testament sings to their soul.

They received her message of love

And the path that they now know.

The place did not seem so lonely.

Colors awakened the hills and lakes.

Light rose from their path encouraging

Life’s value which they will take.

The instructions and senses

To their young they will impart.

Wandering is a part of the find

And misery is a piece of the heart.

Honor requires diligence

Finding true love is rare

Sometimes respect rules over love

And always yourself you must bare.

Of one’s existence

One never knows the length.

For all, mortality is caprice

Live in truths, if you can find the strength.
