No Ending

No Ending

A Poem by Screaming Soul

NO ENDING

The Ending has no ending

Merely strangled and buried alive

The Huntress starved herself

So others could survive

The Power had no channel

To course its Life blood line

The Hunted left relieved

from her unrequited Pine

Sorrowful for the pain,

Goodness carved from truth

Revealed from scabs

 scraped from the wound.

Serene moonlight shone

patches on her pathway home

dancing with the Shadows

of places not yet known.

Revisited and questioned

With neither chains nor Binding snares

She is answered with Hope at last.

His voice " his Presence " to Honor a benign prayer.

He is the Earth, she roots to him

as he drinks her quiet Tears

So thankful for the chance to reconcile

after so many years.
