1) MY ULTIMATE AIM: To capture all of life's essence in a single sentence and then to refine that sentence into a single word
2) Looking for a meaning of life can be likened to searching for a key to a lock. But what if we are searching for a key and all the while the lock does not exist?
3) Only through pure, undiluted suffering, untainted by even a drop of hope, can the underlying, inner structure of Life be revealed and the sinews of Existence become evident.
4) We live, not for a reason, but by default, through a force of habit, because we don't know how to do anything else.
5) If all of the sky was a giant mirror so that all of our actions down here on Earth projected into the Heavens themselves, what would we allow ourselves to do then?
6) What we are all looking for is The Secret Compartment in The House of Life.
7) Life, ( alas for us writers), cannot be thought or dreamed through - it can only be lived through
1) MY ULTIMATE AIM: To be satisfied with my contribution to the world and the results it yields.
2) Looking for a meaning of life can be likened to searching for a key to a lock. But what if we are searching for a key and all the while the lock does not exist?
I don't think it does exist, but the lock itself could metaphorically allude to the improvement of life. The key to that is within us all.
3) Only through pure, undiluted suffering, untainted by even a drop of hope, can the underlying, inner structure of Life be revealed and the sinews of Existence become evident.
Does it suppose that one must be able to identify the structure of life and the sinews of existence before a realization that enough suffering has been endured confirms the ability and right to alleviate other peoples suffering?
4) We live, not for a reason, but by default, through a force of habit, because we don't know how to do anything else.
Yes, this is perfectly truthful.
5) If all of the sky was a giant mirror so that all of our actions down here on Earth projected into the Heavens themselves, what would we allow ourselves to do then?
Star Gaze and dream of a better reflection.
6) What we are all looking for is The Secret Compartment in The House of Life.
Yes. That is quite true. I hope the compartment is big enough for us all.
7) Life, ( alas for us writers), cannot be thought or dreamed through - it can only be lived through.
Yes, which becomes the ULTIMATE problem; how to live.
1) I think Hope, Happy, or Love could all be words to describe life.
2) There are infinite possibilities for this one. Perhaps the door is already unlocked, and we have but to push it open?
3) I think that that it is neither healing nor suffering, but experiencing that teaches us.
4) I completely agree with this one.
5) We would all behave better, but out of embarrassment and guilt, not purity of heart.
6) I agree completely.
7) I believe that thinking and dreaming are both part of living life.
Overall, an intriquing set of philosophical statements. I've not had to think so hard in a long time. ; )

This might not be a story, but the insights given in each line has an amazing way of enlightening the reader on a different way of looking at things, or being made aware of something that exists in front of us.
It is quite like someone pointing at a butterfly that was in front of us all along. We admire its beauty, and watch it fly around. It gets to a deeper level when someone starts explaining why it is flying the way it is. Later, we get deeper into predicting what the butterfly will do next, to the point we see the butterfly for its components and its intricate mechanical precision.
In this point, we lost the fascination on the beauty of the butterfly, and dwell into the components of the butterfly.
But just as the right mechanic or sports enthusiast marvels at a well engineered car. An enlightened being is now deeply fascinated with how everything fits together in making the butterfly. It is in this wonder that our eyes further widen, letting in all the beauty and internalizing miracles.
Great choice of words, very well imparted message.
1. I have lived all of life within one "breath." [I suspect that we mean the same thing.]
2. People tend never to see that which is before their very eyes. [An old thought cloaked in new words.]
3. I agree with you thoroughly.
4. Every single breath I take I do for a reason. Well no, that really is by default. Most of what I do is done purposefully always fully reasoned. Truly it is.
I hear and sense how deeply you feel about your writing, how you want to refine it into a beautiful drop of the most potent elixer. It is the searching that matters more than the finding. I am reminded of Victor Frankl's work and what men became when experienceing pure suffering without one shred of hope; what came forth from their inner beings. I like aphorisms, I consider them.
When I read #6 I felt an unexpected surge of emotion, as if I wanted to cry. I suddenly saw all people as one, all of us begging for understanding, each pursuing it in his own way.... but just for a moment the unifying premise allowed me to feel supreme connection. Fleeting though....
Living in the moment, getting out of my head and into the fray - yes, yes, yes.
I leave the door wide open for ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE
