Meaningless

Meaningless

A Poem by Toby
"

Beat. Beat. Beat. Silence

"

with your heart

against my palm,

and your hand against

mine,

meshed in my world

like wars for peace

strength for the weak

i've got nothing-

but meaningless

words that are

beating

beating

beating

silent.

One thing I admire in this is that it's short, but in the space you use you say a billion things. I'm jealous of your talent, and I absolutely admire this poem! :)

Thank you!
Wow, so I read the description and I thought that was the poem at first. And I really liked it, but I felt like I wanted just a tiny bit more. Then when I opened it I realized it was absolutely perfect!
