My Brother

the day you left this world

i went in another direction

i felt so down

i felt so cold

i didnt care about anything

to everybody i was a brave person

but to me you were my backbone

my heart and everything else that came with me 

you took every part of me when you left

its hard to accept that you are never coming back

well thats what everybody else says

i know you are always with me and never left

when i'm at school

i hear you motivating me

 to carry on

to better myself

so i can be somebody in life

no worries

no struggles

just like you

you never doubted me

you kept me going

So until we meet again

i promise i'm going to be

the best women known to men
