how i feel just sometimes

a short poem, tbh i don't even know if thats a poem but i'd be happy to recieve feedback

Stressed, opressed and depressed
 by hopelesness posessed
im too devastated to scream and too weak to cry
I just can’t cope with the pain in my chest
Man, how did I end up being that guy?
And it starts to show on the surface as well
people can tell that im not quite well
its like im cursed, under a spell
it’s like hell! I can’t even act right anymore
The devil wins, I loose �" that’s the final score

Your poem describes well the internal struggle that a person can feel. And we can't escape it either since we have to live with our negative thoughts. When we are tormented by these demons, we are so quick to reject help from others in our time of need.

Just remember that everything that is created can be destroyed, just as a particle is annihilated by an anti-particle.
