The first think Gary thought was: who farted? Then he turned and saw that no one passed gas but there were more of them. Gary tried to turn but my body froze, he couldn’t stop the thing in front of him from biting his neck. The pain and agony came and went as fast as the realization that Gary was dying. The last thing he thought of before he suffocated was a Christmas dinner. “Mom, dad, I’m coming home. Alicia come back, that’s mine.” Thus, the battle turns to a celebratory victory to a silence of mourning.
