Space bar

Space bar

A Poem by Acropolix
"

Ever took a moment to consider this.

"

When I use you,

there is nothing to see,

When I leave you,

there is much to see.

Though many think,

you are small and empty.

Though many dear say you stink,

Without you it's not as deftly.

Words do not exist without,

the gentle space of your touch.

What if they put you out?

Itjustwouldn'tbemuch.

I liked this. It is such a truth that a little emptiness can be so powerful. Very Zen.

I personally never underestimated space bar and yet that's because i never thought of space bar let alone think of it the way you do. Perhaps you didn't intend but there seems to be an underlying message in this poem. That very often it's that what we cannot see with our naked eye that adds meaning to our life. We may fail to see what makes things work & what keeps the wheels moving. It's what we call God.
