ScornedA Poem by LissiannaWas in a writing mood and this was the end resultSee the tears of pain run down her
face As you look upon her with disgrace Watch her soul rip with wounds so
fresh and new Who knew all those lies would come
from you She is beaten and torn Hell hath no fury like a woman
scorned Ashes to ashes and dust to dust She will do what she must You said you cared and that you
still do No longer will she listen to you You killed her dreams And murdered her pride You better run You better hide Never again will she fall for your
disguise Its you who is most despised You think she is broken and maybe
your right But what you don’t see is how she
will stand and fight This inner turmoil and inner rage Will soon be unleashed like a beast
from a cage White wings become soaked in crimson Jaded green consumes the once blue
sky eyes This once gentle angel has become
one of the fallen She will never again come to your
calling Its too late to take back the pain
you so deeply inflicted Her rage will forever leave you
infected She will never forget your lies And you’ll be forced to remember
every time you look in her eyes Although you have changed her for
the better Her thoughts of you will still
remain bitter So take heed and take warning Every woman will seek revenge for
her scorning © 2011 LissiannaReviews
