This Feeling

I... might have gone overboard when I found out some good news about being able to be on the guy's tennis team (I swear I wasn't high XD)

As my desire to express this feeling in words

Increases 10 fold-

My laughter spills out

In opulent waves!

I feel a giddy joy bubbling in my gut,

the scent of dew and raindrops filling my eyes.

Huzzah, to acceptance!

No more am I oppressed.

A clear drawn path reveals itself,

Which I leap down in unbridled joy.
