The sorrow of heartbreak

To feel this loss, to feel this pain, to feel this raw

It’s like you’re trying to breathe through a broken straw

To have the one things that means the most to you disappear

The waterfall inside my heart is shown as a single tear

Because there is nothing to heal the wound that is embedded in my soul

Never again can I be happy, I have been torn, never again will I be whole

To lose the one you love can hurt worse than the worst flesh wound

To others who know the pain, to those who haven’t felt the sting, you’re doomed

It is like you have lost a part of you, the piece that gave you happiness, hope

Just put me on a stool, and wrap around my neck a sturdy piece of rope

Because without my love, I am nothing, I am as empty as the world is large

I am like an empty battery, I can never again be recharged

So I tell you now while you still have time, love with all your might

Because, if not, you’ll regret when it comes back to bite

I can see you haven't had the best of luck with your poems regarding reviews, have you? But with the four you have posted so far, they each bear relatively the same errors, and once those are fixed, you would certainly have gems on your hands. This is fantastic in imagery, musicality, and message. Simply fix the spelling errors, and the awkward repetitions of words that undermine a previous mention. Well done!
